Main Duties

Are you looking for a new challenge and have a passion for customer service?

Then we are looking for Day and night Concierges to join our team in one of our residential developments.

  • To provide a quality service to the residents with job tasks and individual requests dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
  • To assist with the security of residents and the building at all times, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.
  • To ensure that all requests & enquiries to the Concierge Department (both in-person and by telephone) are dealt with efficiently in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meeting and Greeting all residents, guests, and clients
  • Signing In/Out all cleaning and contractor personnel using the relevant timesheet and issuing visitor badges.
  • Correct reporting of any security/health and safety issues
  • Correct reporting of any incidents or complaints
  • Issuing of keys only to the correct personnel/residents, strictly checking that the appropriate authorisation & disclaimers are in place
  • Receipt of all postal & courier deliveries on behalf of residents & the estate, and the safekeeping and recording of same.
  • Registered delivery/ valuable items to be secured in safe, ready for collection
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times concerning the residents.
  • Be able to give a clear and precise handover at the end of your shift, highlighting all events that happened and forthcoming events.

Hours
This role will be working 4 on 4 off on a pro rota

Salary – £21,000 – £23,000

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure the external grounds of the estate and building externals are maintained to a high standard at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents whom you come into contact with.
  • Ensure the staff uniform is worn and standards of appearance are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure car park areas are clean, litter-free and degreaser applied as required.
  • Always ensure that the necessary Health & Safety signs are displayed and procedures followed for all chemicals and equipment before carrying out any work.
  • Report any damage or defects immediately to the Duty Manager.
  • Remove cobwebs from rails, benches, fencing lobbies, and door canopies.
  • Clean, tidy and disinfect bin rooms and remove all deposited items.
  • All areas and vertical surfaces are to be cleaned as per schedule and specification.
  • Lower level windows cleaning as required.
  • Ensure you address all residents, visitors, and staff in accordance to the company standards at all times.
  • Working as a Yardman/Cleaner in residential developments.
  • Report all maintenance issues to include light bulbs, trip hazards to your line manager
  • Good team player

Days/ Hours Of Work
Monday – Friday 7 am to 2:30 pm.

Salary – £19,000 – £20,000

Requirements
  • All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, without restrictions. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates.
  • Experience of working as a housekeeper/cleaner in residential developments. (desirable).

Duties & Responsibilities
  • To support the Management Team with all administrational aspects in the office.
  • Responsible for recording relevant accurate information on the in-house database.
  • Ensure that all move-in, move-out and other resident data is maintained in an efficient and timely manner and that adequate records are kept of all residents, apartments and registered vehicles. Treat all the information as confidential.
  • Be the first point of contact for the Management Team in relation to all telephone enquiries, emails, and letters. Where appropriate deal with the correspondence pro-actively and reply on behalf of the Management Team. If necessary, pass the query to the relevant department or function, following up to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely manner.
  • General administrational duties such as maintaining efficient electronic and paper filing systems, diary management, drafting minutes & typing agendas, stock control and ordering stationery, post (incoming/outgoing), photocopying, faxing and any other ad-hoc admin tasks.
  • Support the Management Team with building and maintaining good relationships with other on-site Management Teams.

Monday – Friday 5days a week
9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary – £20,000

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills (inc telephone manner) with the ability to deliver clear and concise information both verbally and written.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Team player who is friendly and reliable.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of administrational experience ideally in a service-oriented environment. Front of house/customer services/reception experience.
  • Experience in dealing with customer complaints and enquiries.
